We use Junos's VPN at work and there may be a chance I need to VPN to work. I know a lot of the paid services and things like OpenVPN (without SSL tunneling) have a chance of being detected and blocked but would they go out of the way to block an enterprise VPN on a university network? I use VPN. Then I leave my laptop for a length of time. Eventually the laptop hibernates, keeping its memory of running JunOS Pulse. Next I bring it to an office with a physical LAN port and that JunOS virtual adapter is still hanging around upon wake-up and the Pulse client is stuck disconnecting. Conclusion Hi there, witch is the fastest way to disable (and / or ) reset a vpn peer. Normally I start in cli with clear security ike security-associations IP-NUMBER and after that clear security ipsec security-associations index INDEX-NR But I think this do not really works sometimes so I would be better
Apr 18, 2017 · Issue #2 – VPN drops every 2-4 hours and doesn’t re-establish for another 2-4 hours (or manual SA clearing) The original SRXs that I installed were running JunOS 15.1X49-D40.6.
