The first thing you should do is make sure your DD-WRT router can connect to the Internet. Connect to your Router Management console by starting your web browser and typing the following IP in the address bar: 192.168.1.1 (this is the default router management address, yours may differ if you've manually set a different one) DD-WRT Control Panel. It was working fine till i change "http_passwd" nvram attribute. I wanted to change the web GUI password via telnet. So I Ok, it is more complicated to explain. I have a network at 10.5.5.0/24. The DD-WRT router is connected to it via Wireless Client mode (which uses WAN is connection). The DD-WRT has a LAN IP of 192.168.1.254 and WAN IP 10.5.5.1 and 10.5.5.9 as gateway. The DD-WRT router is connected to another router on the same subnet 192.168.1.1/24.

I just installed DD-WRT and the firmware was flashed successfully. I can now sucessfully connect to SSID ddwrt, but I am unable to access the router admin interface to change the default settings.
